Solis has introduced a 150 kW three-phase string inverter for the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector. It features a fuse-less design and is built to enhance efficiency and flexibility in C&I solar installations. The new S6-GC3P150K07-NV-ND inverter is transformer-less and compact, measuring 1,035 mm x 869 mm x 396 mm and weighing 105 kg. It has a maximum efficiency of 98.8 per cent, while its European efficiency stands at 98.3 per cent. The system’s maximum input voltage is 1,100 V, with a rated voltage of 600 V and an maximum power point tracking (MPPT) voltage range of 160-1,000 V.
The system incorporates seven MPPT inputs, allowing for three PV strings per input without the need for traditional fuses. It has an MPPT current capacity of up to 54 A, with a DC/AC ratio of over 150 per cent. It features intelligent fan cooling and an IP66-rated enclosure, along with a DC breaking mechanism and an intelligent AC-DC terminal temperature monitoring function. It can operate in a temperature range of -30 °C-60 °C. Furthermore, it features integrated dust removal technology to prevent debris accumulation on the radiator and fan. The inverter comes with a standard five-year warranty, which can be extended to up to 20 years based on customer requirements.
