Vikram Solar has secured a 400 MW module supply order for a portfolio of decentralised solar projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra. Under the agreement, Vikram Solar will supply 620 Wp N-Type TOPCon G12R solar modules with glass-to-glass, bifacial technology and half-cut cells. The projects are part of the agricultural feeder solarisation segment, which involves developing decentralised solar projects across different locations.
Furthermore, the order will support the deployment of solar power for agricultural feeders in Maharashtra and contribute to the development of decentralised renewable energy infrastructure. The module supplies are scheduled to begin in October 2026.
Earlier this month, Vikram Solar entered into an agreement with Avaada Electro for the supply of 1 GW of domestically manufactured solar cells.
