Suzlon Energy has unveiled plans to establish three new artificial intelligence (AI) enabled smart blade manufacturing facilities. Two of these manufacturing facilities are proposed to be established in Gujarat and Karnataka. Meanwhile, the location for the third facility is yet to be decided.
Furthermore, the new manufacturing facilities will increase Suzlon’s total facilities to 20. They will feature advanced automation, robotics, digital workflows, and monitoring systems aimed at increasing productivity, quality, and safety.
Earlier in August 2025, Suzlon Group committed to powering all of its manufacturing units entirely using renewable energy by 2030.
Furthermore, in March 2025, Suzlon secured a 204.75 MW wind energy order from Jindal Green Wind 1 Private Limited, a subsidiary of Jindal Renewables.
