Suzlon Group reported a profit of Rs 3.02 billion in their first quarter of financial year 2024-25, a 200 per cent year-on-year increase. They also had the highest Q1 deliveries in seven years at 274 MW and highest quarterly EBITDA in seven years at Rs 3.7 billion. There was also a 50 per cent increase in revenue to Rs 20.16 billion.
Suzlon Group is a renewable energy solutions provider with an estimated 20.8 GW of wind energy capacity installed across seventeen countries. It has its headquarters at Pune, India. In India, Suzlon also has a service portfolio of over 14.8 GW of wind energy assets. The group has approximately 6 GW of installed capacity outside India.
In June 2024, Suzlon Energy Limited had secured a 103.95 MW order from AmpIn Energy Transition and an order for the development of an 81.9 MW wind energy project for Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited.
