thyssenkrupp nucera inks FEED contract for 260 MW green hydrogen project in India

thyssenkrupp nucera, has inked a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract with Juno Joule Green Energy Private Limited for a 260 MW green hydrogen project in India. The company will prepare a concept for integrating alkaline water electrolysis into Juno Joule’s plant infrastructure.

Juno Joule, along with SELECT Energy GmbH, is developing a green ammonia facility in India, which will include integrated units for producing green hydrogen and green ammonia. The project will produce RFNBO-compliant ammonia, mainly for export to Europe, with applications across multiple industries. It will be powered by renewable energy sourced from a mix of solar, wind, and hydropower.

Earlier in June 2025, thyssenkrupp nucera inked a FEED study for a green hydrogen project in Europe.
