Revolve to acquire 125 MW solar power projects in US

Revolve Renewable Power has signed agreements to acquire three utility-scale solar development-stage projects totaling 125 MW across Illinois (30 MW), New Mexico (56 MW), and Wisconsin (39 MW). The acquisition, expected to close in June 2026, will be completed through the company’s wholly owned US subsidiary. The deal structure includes a development fee of $0.02/W at construction notice and deferred consideration tied to project value realization.

With this addition, Revolve’s North American development portfolio will exceed 3,000 MW, spanning solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the US, Canada, and Mexico. The projects are located in established solar markets served by major utilities including Ameren, Columbus Electric Co-Op, and Wisconsin Power & Light. All three projects have secured site control through ground leases and option agreements.

In April 2026, Revolve Renewable Power signed the final interconnection agreement with Comisión Federal de Electricidad for its 130 MW EL24 Wind Project in Tamaulipas, Mexico. The project has also received its environmental permit from the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources. Additionally, the project has already secured the final generation permit from Comisión Nacional de Energía, Mexico’s renewable energy regulator.
