Inox Green Energy Services Limited, part of the INOXGFL Group, has received a letter of award (LoA) from KEC International Limited. The contract is for providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a 625 MWp solar project at Bhadla, Rajasthan.
The new order has increased the company’s solar O&M portfolio to over 3 GW. Additionally, its total renewable O&M portfolio has crossed 13 GW.
Earlier this month, Inox Clean Energy acquired 250 MWp of operational solar projects from SHV Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary SunSource Energy Private Limited.
Furthermore, in December 2025, Inox Clean Energy inked definitive agreements to acquire Vibrant Energy from Macquarie Corporate Holdings and its other shareholders.
