Adani Green Energy Limited has established Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L) as its new step-down subsidiary. The subsidiary has been set up through Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L), which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy and will undertake renewable power generation activities.
Furthermore, AE7L has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 0.1 million. Moreover, AREH11L holds 100 per cent equity in the newly incorporated subsidiary. AE7L has not commenced operations yet.
Earlier in December 2025, Adani Green Energy commissioned 200 MW of solar power projects at Khavda, Gujarat, through its various step-down subsidiaries.
