ACME Solar Holdings has inked a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Tata Power-D, the distribution arm of Tata Power. The PPA is for a 50 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project.
Furthermore, under the PPA, power will be provided at a tariff of Rs 4.43 per unit, with a minimum annual capacity utilisation factor of 40 per cent. The PPA also entails the commitment to deliver four hours of peak-hour power each month with 90 per cent availability.
Earlier in September 2025, ACME Venus Urja Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, obtained Rs 38.92 billion in project funding from the State Bank of India.
Furthermore, in the same month, Acme Solar executed a share purchase agreement to completely acquire equity shares of AK Renewable Infra.
