NHDC floats tender for solar project in Sanchi, Madhya Pradesh

NHDC, a collaboration between the government of Madhya Pradesh and NHPC has invited a tender for an 8 MW ground-mounted solar photovoltaic project in Sanchi, located in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. The successful bidder also needs to undertake the project’s overall operations and maintenance for the next five years. The winning bidder will also be responsible for the evacuation procedure till the distribution company’s substation.

According to the request for proposals issued by the Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL), the tender was issued under component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) programme. The winning bidder’s working capital must be at least twice the amount needed for monthly cash flow or Rs 123.7 million. The bid submission deadline is October 11, 2022.

Recently in August 2022, Gas Authority of India Limited was looking for a project management consultant to help set up a 10 MW ground-mounted solar power project at its Vijaipur Complex in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna District. The chosen consultant will be responsible for project management from the time of awarding the project until all services are rendered.
