Premier Energies Limited has commissioned a 5.6 GW solar photovoltaic TOPCon module manufacturing facility at Seetharampur in Ranga Reddy district, Telangana. The facility has been set up through its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited. Trial production at the facility has commenced following its commissioning. Furthermore, with the addition of this new capacity, the total solar module manufacturing capacity of Premier Energies Limited has reached 11.1 GW.
In March 2026, Premier Energies acquired 104,550 equity shares of HeliosAnthos Energies, a joint venture between Premier Energies and BA Prerna Renewables, securing a 51 per cent stake in the company’s paid-up equity share capital. The shares were allotted to Premier Energies on a preferential basis through a private placement.
In January 2026, Premier Energies, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Photovoltaic, commissioned a 400 MW solar photovoltaic cell (Mono PERC) manufacturing facility. The facility is located at the company’s E-City plant in Maheshwaram, Telangana.
