Solex Energy Limited has unveiled two new solar modules, namely, the Tapi R and Tapi Series. The modules are suitable for Rajasthan’s extreme climate conditions and high-irradiance zones. Tapi R is a rectangular cell module powered by n-type TOPCon technology. The module comes with a power output range of 595 W-625 W and has a module efficiency of 23.14 per cent. Furthermore, it is developed with 132 half-cut rectangular cells providing higher energy yield, improved thermal tolerance and low-light performance.
The Tapi Series is an n-type dual-glass module with a power output range of 570 W-595 W. Furthermore, it is developed with 144 half-cut cells and has 23.03 per cent module efficiency. The dual-glass design reportedly provides higher mechanical strength and improved protection against potential-induced degradation. The design also ensures superior resistance to the heat, dust and UV radiation in Rajasthan. Additionally, both the Tapi R and Tapi Series come with a 12-year product warranty.
