Oswal Greenzo Energies, a joint venture between Oswal Energies Limited and Greenzo Energy India Limited, has secured a contract for a 5 MW green hydrogen project at Deendayal Port in Kandla. The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the project.
The project is being implemented under the Sagarmala initiative, a flagship programme of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, focused on transforming India’s maritime sector. Furthermore, the project has been designed on an engineering, procurement, and construction basis. It is scalable beyond the initial 5 MW to up to 10 MW and is expected to generate around 800 tonnes of green hydrogen annually.
Earlier in September 2025, Greenzo Energy India Limited secured an order from Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) to set up an advanced electrolyser-based green hydrogen plant at the company’s Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex in Jajpur, Odisha.
