Inox Clean Energy Limited has acquired 250 MWp of operational solar projects from SHV Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary SunSource Energy Private Limited. Furthermore, after securing pending approvals, Inox Clean will acquire an additional 50 MWp of solar projects from the company.
The projects are spread across 13 states. These include Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra, among others. Furthermore, the projects are operated through multiple special-purpose vehicles and have secured power purchase agreements with a weighted average tenure of around 24 years. Additionally, the projects supply power to commercial and industrial players across manufacturing, FMCG, power equipment, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Earlier in December 2025, Inox Clean Energy inked definitive agreements to acquire Vibrant Energy from Macquarie Corporate Holdings and its other shareholders.
