Waa Solar Limited has secured orders worth Rs 2.25 billion from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL). The orders are for the implementation of grid-connected solar power plants under the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeder scheme.
Furthermore, the projects fall under Component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM). Moreover, the projects will supply power to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited and will be completed within 18 months from the date of inking of the power purchase agreement.
Earlier this month, MPUVNL announced the results of its 4.3 GW solar auction under Component C of the PM KUSUM scheme.
