AP Moller Capital to invest up to Rs 13.5 billion in clean energy projects

A.P. Moller Capital has announced plans to invest up to Rs 13.5 billion in renewable energy projects being developed by Rays Power Infra Limited through project-specific special purpose vehicles. The investment is expected to catalyse at least Rs 52 billion in total project capital expenditure.

Furthermore, the investment will also support the scaling of operations, enhance long-term revenue visibility, and create multiple avenues for future collaboration. Moreover, this marks A.P. Moller Capital Funds’ first investment in India.

Earlier in October 2025, Rays Power Infra filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise up to Rs 11.5 billion through an initial public offering.
