Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has bagged a Rs 13.81 billion engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order from Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL). The EPC order covers the balance of system (BoS) package of three solar projects at the Khavda renewable energy park in Gujarat.
The order also includes the supply of equipment and on-site services for the projects. Furthermore, SWREL has also inked a five-year strategic partnership framework agreement with AGEL.
Earlier in September 2025, SWREL secured a letter of intent from a private power producer for the BoS work and the EPC of a 300 MWac solar photovoltaic project in Rajasthan.
Furthermore, in August 2025, SWREL was declared as the lowest bidder for the EPC of a 245 MW AC grid-connected solar PV project in the state of Gujarat.
