Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) plans to invest Rs 150 billion for the installation of two pumped storage projects (PSPs) in Assam. The projects will have a combined capacity of 2,700 MW. Furthermore, AGEL has also secured a letter of award for 500 MW of energy storage capacity, which will be catered from these two PSPs.
Earlier in September 2025, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited, a subsidiary of AGEL, operationalised a 125 MW solar project at Khavda, Gujarat.
Furthermore, in August 2025, AGEL’s subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Three Limited, commissioned a 50 MW solar-wind hybrid power project at Khavda, Gujarat.
