Hartek Power has secured a Rs 3.53 billion engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for a large-scale solar power project integrated with battery energy storage system (BESS) in Karnataka. The project includes a 280 MWac solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant. The solar plant is integrated with an 80 MW/320 MWh BESS.
According to the specifications of the EPC contract, the scope of work covers the design, engineering, supply, erection, and commissioning of the solar and storage facilities. It also covers providing one year of operations and maintenance services.
Earlier in October 2025, Hartek Power commissioned a 300 MWac/435 MWp solar PV project.
Furthermore, in July 2025, Hartek Group secured multiple 765kV projects from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
