Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of the financial year (FY) 2025-26, which ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 7.680 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26, representing a 61.59 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth from Rs 4.753 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25. Furthermore, its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation stood at Rs 1.235 billion, recording an approximate 38.96 per cent YoY growth from around 0.88 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25. The profits before tax for the company stood at approximately Rs 0.96 billion in Q2 of FY 2025-26.
Earlier, in January 2025, Saatvik Green was awarded two solar engineering, procurement, and construction contracts by Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, with a combined capacity of 23 MW.
Furthermore, in the same month, Saatvik Green secured a 1,000 MW solar photovoltaic module supply contract valued at over Rs 15,000 million from a leading energy producer.
