Inox Wind Limited has announced plans to invest Rs 4 billion to establish a wind turbine blade manufacturing unit in Karnataka. The project entails an initial outlay of Rs 3 billion for setting up the blade manufacturing facility. It also consists of an additional Rs 1 billion for a wind tower fabrication unit.
Earlier in July 2025, Inox Wind secured approval from its board of directors to raise up to Rs 12.5 billion through the issuance of equity shares worth Rs 10 per share to its existing shareholders.
Furthermore, in March 2025, Inox Wind secured an order to supply 51 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 3 MW, totaling 153 MW in Tamil Nadu.
