Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF), a primary infrastructure fund of Neo Group, has acquired SolarArise India Projects Private Limited from ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction has an enterprise value of Rs 14 billion.
Furthermore, the acquisition signifies NIIOF’s entry into the renewables sector, adding 33.5 MWp of operational solar assets across five states, namely Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.
