ACME Solar declares FY 2024-25 results

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced its results for the financial year (FY) of FY 2024-25, ending March 31, 2025. In the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2024-25, the company reported a total revenue of Rs 5.39 billion, marking a 69.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 3.18 billion in FY 2023-24. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for Q4 FY 2024-25 rose by 118.3 per cent YoY to Rs 4.88 billion. The EBITDA margin reached 90.5 per cent. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 1.22 billion in Q4 FY 2024-25, while the PAT margin was recorded at 22.6 per cent for FY 2024-25. Cash PAT amounted to Rs 2.38 billion during Q4 FY 2024-25.

For the full FY 2024-25, ACME Solar’s consolidated revenue grew to Rs 15.75 billion, up 7.4 per cent YoY. EBITDA rose 13.7 per cent YoY, reaching Rs 14.06 billion, with an annual EBITDA margin of 89.2 per cent. PAT increased to Rs 2.51 billion in FY 2024-25 from Rs 1.09 billion in FY 2023-24, with PAT margin being 7.4 per cent for FY 2024-25. Cash PAT also witnessed a significant jump to Rs 5.59 billion from Rs 2.57 billion.

As of March 31, 2025, the net debt stood at Rs 75.07 billion, comprising Rs 62.32 billion from the operational portfolio and Rs 12.75 billion from under-construction capacity. Net debt-to-EBITDA stood at 4.4, within the target range of 5.5. Additionally, the company refinanced Rs 77 billion in debt, including Rs 33.8 billion sanctioned in FY 2024-25 but not yet availed, resulting in an average reduction of approximately 75 basis points in debt cost. Days sales outstanding dropped to 42 days in FY 2024-25, down from 93 days in FY 2023-24.
