Solex Energy declares FY 2024-25 results

Solex Energy Limited has announced its results for the financial year (FY) 2024-25, ending March 31, 2025. The company recorded a total income of Rs 6.658 billion, marking an 81 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 3.680 billion in FY 2023-24. Profit after tax increased to Rs 427.9 million, reflecting a 390 per cent increase from Rs 87.3 million reported in the FY 2023-24.

Earnings per share increased to Rs 43.82, a 301 per cent rise YoY. The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation stood at Rs 731.2 million, registering 157 per cent growth from FY 2023-24. Net worth also grew to Rs 1.606 billion, up by 247.39 per cent. This performance was reportedly driven by higher demand for solar modules, effective execution of large-scale engineering, procurement and construction projects, and expansion into key states including Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

Earlier this month, Solex Energy Limited secured a Rs 4.514 billion order from KPI Green Energy Limited to supply 310 MW of n-type TOPCon 615Wp glass-to-glass solar photovoltaic modules.
