Inox Wind Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of the financial year (FY) 2025-26, which ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 11.62 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26, compared to Rs 7.44 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25, representing a 56 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. Furthermore, the company’s consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation in Q2 FY 2025-26 stood at Rs 2.71 billion, up by around 48 per cent from Rs 1.83 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25.
The profit before tax for the company increased by 93 per cent from 0.88 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25 to Rs 1.69 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26. Furthermore, profit after tax for the company stood at Rs 1.21 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26 compared to Rs 0.84 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25, representing a 43 per cent YoY growth.
Earlier in October 2025, Inox Wind Limited announced plans to invest Rs 4 billion to establish a wind turbine blade manufacturing unit in Karnataka.
Furthermore, in July 2025, Inox Wind Limited announced the approval of its Rs 12.49 billion rights issue.
