Axpo and EDF Renewables Hellas ink short term PPA in Greece

Axpo and EDF Renewables Hellas have entered into a short-term power purchase agreement (PPA) for electricity generated by two EDF solar plants in Greece’s Viotia region. Built in 2023, the Skala Korinis and Loutsa plants have a total installed capacity of 102 MW. As per the agreement, Axpo will purchase the full combined output from both facilities. 

EDF Renewables Hellas is a leading player in Greece’s renewable energy sector, developing a portfolio of RES projects through its subsidiaries, with an estimated potential capacity of 4.5 GW. 

Axpo Group is an international energy company based in Switzerland, oversees a renewable energy portfolio totaling 93 TWh.
