Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has officially been listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India. This marks a significant point in the company’s operations, offering greater access to capital and wider stakeholder engagement.
The listing is expected to support future expansion plans, including scaling up solar capacity, exploring hybrid models, and expanding its operations in both domestic and international markets.
In March 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited received a letter of award to develop a 170 MW AC/255 MW DC ground-mounted solar project on a turnkey basis, including engineering, procurement and construction services and long-term operation and maintenance, valued at approximately Rs 2.32 billion.
