Advait Greenergy inks MoUs for green hydrogen projects

Advait Greenergy has inked key MoUs to support the development of green hydrogen infrastructure, electrolyser deployment, and hydrogen storage solutions in India. The first  MoU has been inked with CENMAT to combine its advanced electrolyser systems with Advait’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and balance-of-plant capabilities. This collaboration aims to support clean energy and hydrogen projects that require high-efficiency hydrogen production and seamless system integration.

The second is a tripartite MoU inked with P2H2 and JESCO Projects to collaboratively develop electrolyser-based green hydrogen projects in India on a project-by-project basis. Furthermore, the third MoU has been inked with VJ Industries to focus on integrating hydrogen storage technologies with green hydrogen projects. Under this, VJ Industries will serve as a preferred partner for hydrogen storage systems, while Advait Greenergy will undertake EPC execution, balance-of-system (BoS)supply, and project delivery responsibilities.

Earlier in May 2025, Advait Energy Transitions Limited secured an EPC and commissioning order from KPI Green Energy Limited.
