KLK Ventures Private Limited has bagged an order to deploy 1,000 solar water pumping systems across Maharashtra under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthan Mahabhiyaan scheme. The initiative is expected to enhance water security and reduce operating costs for farmers in the state.
The scope of the order covers the design, supply, and installation of solar pump systems. These pumps have capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP. Furthermore, the systems will reduce dependence on conventional power sources and diesel pumps to improve energy access in rural areas.
Earlier in May 2025, KLK Ventures secured a contract for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 500 offgrid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems across Assam.
