SolarWorld Energy Solutions Limited has received a letter of award (LoA) from NTPC Renewable Energy for the engineering, procurement, and construction of a 250 MWac grid-connected solar photovoltaic project. The order is valued at approximately Rs 7.25 billion.
Furthermore, the project will be executed domestically. It is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026–27, in line with the terms of the LoA.
Earlier in September 2025, Solarworld Energy Solutions launched its initial public offering of equity shares, which comprises equity shares worth up to Rs 4.9 billion.
