Juniper Green Energy Limited, through its subsidiary Juniper Green Cosmic Private Limited, has commissioned 60 MWh part capacity of its 100 MWh merchant battery energy storage system (BESS) project at Bikaner in Rajasthan. The commissioned capacity received approval from the Northern Regional Load Despatch Centre after completing trial operations.
Furthermore, the remaining capacity will be commissioned shortly. Once fully operational, it will support merchant revenue opportunities, including peak arbitrage, grid-balancing services, and participation in ancillary markets.
Earlier in October 2025, Juniper Green Energy Limited inked a power purchase agreement with Tata Power for a 70 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project.
Furthermore, in August 2025, Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Green Beam Private Limited, commissioned 25 MW of wind power capacity out of its 50 MW wind power project.
