RSWM Limited and Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) have inked an agreement. Under the agreement, AESL will supply 60 MW of renewable energy to RSWM’s various plants. AESL will also oversee the complete green power value chain to meet RSWM Limited’s additional energy needs. Furthermore, to this end, RSWM invested Rs 0.60 billion under the group captive scheme with a renewable generation company. This arrangement was made to supply about 0.31 billion units of green power annually to RSWM’s manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan.
Earlier in June 2025, AESL secured REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited’s transmission project to evacuate power from 1,500 MW pumped storage projects near Talegaon, Maharashtra.
Furthermore, in March 2025, ASEL was awarded a power transmission project by PFC Consulting Limited.
