Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has inked a performance-based MoU with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The MoU defines key targets for the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26, including the Government of India’s revenue from operations target of Rs 82 billion for FY 2025-26.
Furthermore, the MoU also entails key performance parameters such as return on net worth, return on capital employed, NPA to total loans, asset turnover ratio, and EBTDA, among other targets.
Earlier in June 2025, IREDA successfully raised Rs 20.06 billion through a qualified institutions placement by issuing 121.5 million equity shares.
