ACME Cleantech Solutions Private Limited (ACME) has emerged as the winner of Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) green ammonia auction under the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition Programme (Mode-2A–Tranche-I). ACME will supply 50,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) of green ammonia to Coromandel International Limited in Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, for 10 years. The capacity was secured at a tariff of Rs 51.89 per kg.
Moreover, this marks the seventh auction in a planned series of 13 green ammonia auctions, under a tender aggregating a cumulative procurement capacity of 724,000 tonnes per year.
In July 2025, ACME won the first auction in this planned series of green ammonia auctions to supply 75,000 metric TPA to Paradeep Phosphates Limited in Odisha.
Earlier this month, Jakson Green won SECI’s green ammonia auction to supply 85,000 TPA of green ammonia to Coromandel International Limited in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
