Vikram Solar Limited’s maiden initial public offering will open on August 19, 2025. The company has fixed the price band of Rs 315 to Rs 332 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for its IPO.
The subscription for the IPO of the company will close on August 21, 2025. Moreover, the investors can bid for a minimum of 45 equity shares and in multiples of 45 equity shares thereafter.
Earlier this month, Vikram Solar secured an order from the Bondada Group to supply 250 MW of high-efficiency solar modules for a project in Maharashtra.
