The Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) has issued an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) tender to set up rooftop solar projects with a total capacity of 15 MW in the state of Telangana. The 15 MW solar capacity is distributed across eight SCCL areas, with specific capacities allocated to each: 1,995 kW in Kothagudem, 2,000 kW in Kothagudem Corporate Area, 2,730 kW in Manuguru, 760 kW in RG-I, 2,800 kW in RG-II, 230 kW in RG-III, 530 kW in Srirampur, and 3,955 kW in Bhoopalpalli.
Furthermore, the work for the selected bidder includes the design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar projects. It also includes the operation and maintenance services for 10 years.
Additionally, the bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs 8.4 million. The successful bidder must also furnish a performance bank guarantee for the entire 15 MW capacity. The bid submission deadline is August 25, 2025.
