Cleantech Solar has obtained long-term green financing of Rs 8.55 billion from Aseem Infrastructure Finance. The funding will aid Cleantech Solar’s open access portfolio in India, focusing on the development and operation of solar and wind power projects across various states.
The renewable energy generated from these open access projects will be delivered to corporate consumers, enabling them to fulfill their energy requirements for manufacturing and business operations while reducing their carbon footprint. The loan facility supports Cleantech Solar’s dedication to growing its commercial and industrial portfolio, which currently totals 1.2 GW.
