Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has secured a 980 MWp solar project, valued at Rs 9.91 billion. Waaree has received letter of award (LoA) from leading renewable energy companies in India for the implementation of solar project on the turnkey (engineering, procurement and construction) basis. The project is slated for commissioning within 12 months of receiving the LoA.
Recently, in February 2024, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited was granted a letter of award by an undisclosed domestic entity to establish a 412 MWp (335 MW AC) solar power facility on a turnkey basis.
In December 2023, Waaree Energies Limited collaborated with IRCON Renewable Power Limited to supply more than 200 MW of solar PV modules in adherence to domestic content requirement. In November 2023, Waaree Energies Limited partnered with NTPC Limited to supply over 135 MW solar modules for a solar project located in Anta, Baran district of Rajasthan. In October 2023, Waaree Energies Limited secured a contract from ENGIE India for the supply of 200 MW of solar modules for a solar power project in Sayla village within the Surendra Nagar district of Gujarat.
