Ceigall India Limited has inked two long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The PPAs have been inked through Ceigall’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited and Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited. The scope of work under the agreements covers the development of two solar photovoltaic power-generating stations with a combined capacity of 337 MW under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
The first project has a capacity of 190 MW and will be developed across four districts in Maharashtra. It involves an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) cost of approximately Rs 7.72 billion. The second project has a capacity of 147 MW and will span two districts in the state. It involves an EPC cost of approximately Rs 5.97 billion. The scope also includes providing operations and maintenance services for the projects.
Earlier in February 2026, Ceigall secured a Rs 17 billion contract for the development of a 220 MW solar power project at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh.
