Serentica Renewables inks RTC PPA with Sanathan Polycot

Serentica Renewables has inked a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Sanathan Polycot Private Limited (SPPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanathan Textiles Limited. Under the arrangement, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) has been set up to supply 32 MW of hybrid, round-the-clock renewable energy, with SPPL holding a 26 per cent stake. The remaining stake will be owned by Serentica Renewables.

Furthermore, the project will be developed to provide clean and reliable power to SPPL’s manufacturing facility in Punjab, ensuring uninterrupted operations. It will also help the company reduce emissions intensity and secure cost-efficient green energy.

Earlier in October 2025, Serentica Renewables inked a long-term PPA with MRF Limited to provide clean energy under the captive power framework.

Furthermore, in September 2025, Serentica Renewables inked a PPA with the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited for a 100 MW RTC project.
