SJVN Green Limited has requested bids for the balance of system (BOS) package for two grid-connected solar power projects in Gujarat with a total capacity of 360 MW. The winning bidder must also be responsible for the project’s operation and maintenance for three years.
The two projects, with capacities of 100 MW and 260 MW, would be established in Gujarat’s Kutch area. The bid submission deadline is August 1, 2023.
According to the tender guidelines, the bidders must submit Rs 36 million as an earnest money deposit for quoted capacity up to 100 MW, Rs 96 million for stated capacity up to 160 MW, and Rs 133 million for quoted capacity up to 360 MW.
In June 2023, SJVN Limited issued an invitation for bids to choose renewable developers for the supply of 1,500 MW of power from interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected renewable energy projects with energy storage capacities throughout India.
