Mibet has introdced a new solar mounting structure fit for solar projects installed on balconies. The system is pre-bolted and fixed, eliminating the need for welding and drilling during installation. The aluminium used for the structure has an anodized surface. The stainless steel fastener has been hot-dip galvanised, which provides it anti-corrosion and anti-ageing properties. It is offered in natural silver or other customised colours. Reportedly, the mounting system can be installed instantly on a wall or balcony without taking up additional space or harming the building’s structure. Furthermore, only one or two people are required for a simple installation, and the mount is suitable for the main types of photovoltaic (PV) modules on the market. Additionally, the mounting system is adaptable to different types of balconies and is attached to balcony railings with curved hooks. Moreover, it can be mounted on concrete garage rooftops, flat rooftops with cement ballast, or balcony or terrace walls using expansion bolts. It permits PV panels to be tilted between 10 and 30 degrees. It can withstand snow loads of up to 1 KN per square metre and wind loads of up to 30 metres per second. The mounting solution comes with TUV certification and a 10-year warranty.
