Longi has unveiled its Hi-MO 5m solar module, which is a 54 half-cut cell module based on M10 wafers with a size of 182 mm. This module is suitable for commercial and industrial rooftop systems. It has a rated power of 415 W and a power conversion efficiency of 21.25 per cent. The dimensions of the module are 1,722 mm x 1,134 mm. Hi-MO 5m modules feature passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) gallium-doped, ptype half-cut cells with the highest resistance against light ageing for maximum energy yield. They are backed by a 25-year performance warranty. They provide a higher level of design and versatility, as well as ease of handling and installation. They have a low short circuit current, well below 15 amps. The module is small and light enough for one person to install, measuring less than 2m² and weighing less than 23 kg. The product is compatible with most solar inverters.
