Serentica Renewables has announced the closure of its second external commercial borrowing deal. The company has secured over $100 million in debt financing from Rabobank and Société Générale.
The funding will support the development of a 300 MW solar power project in Rajasthan. The project will supply renewable energy to Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Vedanta Group.
In May 2025, Serentica Renewables signed a power supply and consumption agreement with INOX Air Products for 75 MW of hybrid renewable energy through an inter-state transmission system project.
