The Uttarakhand Irrigation Department (UID) has cancelled request for proposal bids invited in January 2019 for the development of 40.84 MW of grid-connected solar power projects. The projects were to develop two dams, Haripura (27.34 MW) and Tumariya (13.5 MW), in Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand on a build-own-operate-transfer basis.
