Oriano Clean Energy Private Limited has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for a 57 MW solar project. The solar project was awarded under the GUVNL 500 MW Solar (Phase-XXVII) tender. Furthermore, the project is expected to be commissioned within 24 months.
Oriano Clean Energy is a renewable energy company with a portfolio of over 3 GWp. This includes 1.5 GWp of commissioned capacity, more than 1 GWp capacity under construction as engineering, procurement, and construction, and over 0.5 GWp under Indian power producers and development.
Earlier this month, GUVNL invited bids for the procurement of power from 625 MW of solar projects without energy storage.
Furthermore, in September 2025, GUVNL issued a tender for the development of 250 MW grid-connected wind power projects under Phase X.
