SJVN Limited has issued a tender to procure power from 600 MW interstate transmission system (ISTS) connected wind projects.
According to the tender guidelines, the scope of work consists of setting up the projects, along with the transmission network up to the interconnection point. It also includes installation and maintenance of a GPS-enabled automatic weather station.
The bidders must furnish an earnest money deposit of Rs 1.3 million per MW and a performance guarantee of Rs 3.3 million per MW. The last date for bid submission is October 20, 2025.
Earlier in August 2025, SJVN Green Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN, issued an engineering procurement and construction tender for 500 MW solar projects.
