Credence Solar has introduced its Hyper Nova N series of N-type TOPCon bifacial glass-to-glass modules, with power outputs ranging from 580 W to 600 W.
These modules deliver front-side efficiencies ranging between 22.45 per cent and 23.25 per cent, and a rear-side gain of up to 10 per cent, reportedly resulting in up to 660 W of output from the 600 W variant.
The modules are constructed using 144 half-cut TOPCon cells with a 16-busbar design. They are IP68-rated and have an 85 per cent bifaciality factor. Each solar panel measures 2,278 mm × 1,134 mm × 35 mm, and weighs 33.75 kg.
The open-circuit voltage ranges from 51.25 V to 51.5 V, and the short-circuit current ranges from 14.35 A to 14.7 A. The operating temperature spans -40°C-85°C, with a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.32 per cent per °C.
