H2APEX has acquired the green hydrogen project of HH2E situated at the Lubmin site in Germany. H2APEX aims to complete the green hydrogen production facility, which was initially planned by HH2E.
Furthermore, with this project, H2APEX has also acquired the land, infrastructure, existing electricity and water supply connections. The Lubmin site provides direct access to multiple pipelines, which are scheduled to be converted to hydrogen operation by 2027, thereby facilitating integration into Germany’s main hydrogen network.
H2APEX is a company formed by the merger of APEX Group and Exceet Group. It develops, builds, and sells or operates green hydrogen plants with an electrolysis capacity up to 1 GW. The company makes green hydrogen usable as a raw material for industry and many other sectors.
