Bluebird Solar introduces M10 half-cut PV modules

Bluebird Solar has introduced its newest line of half-cut mono passivation emitter rear contact (PERC) photovoltaic (PV) modules based on M10-sized cells. The product line includes monofacial and bifacial half-cut solar panels with outputs ranging from 400 W to 550 W. The bifacial modules are available in both glass-glass and glass-transparent back-sheet configurations. The modules can be configured to meet a variety of energy needs, with configurations ranging from 108 cells to 144 cells. They come with a 30-year linear performance warranty. Based on M10 wafers and a 10-busbar design, the 550 W panel is made using 144 half-cut mono PERC cells. The conversion efficiency of the module is 21.3 per cent. The module weighs 28 kg and has dimensions of 2,278 x 1,133 x 35/40 mm. Reportedly, all Bluebird Solar panels undergo 2EL testing to ensure microcrack-free PV modules, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability.
